100-inch 3D HDTV Coming from HDI?By DaX - 09/17/2009 8:01:37 PM |
Whether you like it or not, you have to get used to the idea that more and more manufacturers out there are considering 3D HDTVs or even making them as we speak. The latest player in the 3D HDTV game is a California-based startup called HDI. The company is preparing something totally new! A 100-inch 3D HDTV which will be the world’s first laser-based 3D HDTV. According to CTO Edumund Sandberg, the quality of this TV will greatly surpass anything else the competition is currently working on. Apparently this laser-based 3D HDTV is so fast that the image “no longer needs to flash from one eye to the other.” Does that sound too good to be true? We’ll probably see more in the near future and keep you guys posted.
