Fujitsu has recently announced its new MBB2073 SAS HDD to support mission critical server, multi-drive server, and storage systems. The drive has Serial Attached SCSI Interface and Avg seek time (typ) 4.0 ms (read) 4.5 ms (write). It can transfer data at Max 300 MB/s rate. LG Electronics China recently exhibited its 47-inch full HD LCD TV 47LB7RF during CHITEC 2007. There is no information available regarding features, price or availability. It is expected to employ LG’s latest patent technologies but there must be some difference.

Fujitsu has recently announced its MBB2147 HDD, new enterprise class SAS drives contrived to support mission critical server and storage systems. The MBB2147 is the first hard disk drive in the latest series featuring Fujitsu’s second generation SFF 10K SAS drive. It has approx. 1471GB storage capacity at a rotational speed of 10,000RPM. It will be available in the second quarter of 2007. To reduce handling damage, the drive comes with a load/unload head ramp. It consumes 4.7 W of electric power. (more…)

Toshiba America Electronic Components has recently unveiled their 12.1-inch SVGA (800 x 600) OCB LCD featuring ultra-fast 2.0ms response time, 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, and ultra-wide 176-degree viewing angles in all directions. The OCB displays offer improved image quality than conventional TN mode LCDs.
