Radiofonografio

The original Radiofonografio, created in 1965, is making a comeback as RR226 thanks to the Italian brand Brionvega. In 1965, the “musical component robot” was a home electronic wonder that in one sleekly designed device enclosed a radio, amplifiers and a record player (for both 45s and 33s).

This new modernized model has a CD and DVD player but is as close as possible to the original otherwise. The amplifiers are mobile which makes it feasible to create different shapes both for visual and listening pleasure. The RR226 just goes to show you that some things are designed to stay around for a long time.
