Acer Launches A New Trio Of Monitors In The U.S.

Acer is gearing up to launch three new monitors for their S1 series in the United States. These monitors range between 13mm and 15m in thickness and come in 20, 21.5 and 23 inch sizes. Furthermore, they feature white LED backlighting, an Energy Star 5.0 label, 12,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, 250 nits of brightness and 16.7m colors. The two larger monitors are packing 1,920 x 1,080 resolution but there’s no current information about resolution for the 20 inch model yet. Nonetheless, the new Acer monitors come with connectivity options such as VGA, DVI and HDMI as well. The devices are known as the S201HL, S211HL and S231HL and they’re set to be released in the near future. The S201HL will cost $169.99, the S211HL is priced at $219.99 and the S231HL will be available for $269.99.
