Acer’s new 3D monitor, the GD235HZ

Acer has just released the GD235HZ, a 23.6-inch LCD monitor that is designed to work with NVIDIA’s 3D vision active shutter glasses, sold separately.

This monitor might be the way to go if you want 3D, but don’t want to get a new TV for it. Unfortunately, the GD235HZ doesn’t come with the graphics card required to play 3D, and you will need to shell out an additional $199 for the glasses. The monitor itself costs $399, and is available on Amazon right now.
