Altec Lansing has produced both pro audio and consumer audio loudspeakers and equipment for years. They were bought by Plantronics in 2005 and now the Altec Lansing’s pro line has products such as ceiling speakers, powered speakers and full-range speakers.
Their Backbeat line of earphones which is part of their consumer line, includes a broad line of headphones, home audio products and computer speakers and now includes a new “Pro” line that assures musician-quality earphones. They come with a neoprene case and extra ear tips. These earphones provide a pleasing sound that is full and rich. They retail for around $99.00
