Apricon Introduces DVR Xpander External Hard Drive
Apricon has just introduces its latest external hard drive, the DVR Xpander which is supposed to be the biggest DVR external hard drive on the market. At 1.5TB it will hold 843 hours of standard definition movies or 187.5 hours of high definition movies. The drive comes with an eSATA or USB 2.0 port for fast connectivity. As for prices the DVR Xpander comes in 500GB, 750GB, 1TB and 1.5TB which will cost $119, $149, $179 and $239.

I have the xpander and it worked for only a short time. The red light is always on. I unplugged the xpander and unplugged the cable box. Then I plugged the cable box back in, and then I plugged the xpander back in and the red light is still on. Could you give me any other suggestions how to get it to work.
I have miss placed my instruction book and tried to find on the internet your web page to get answers but no luck.
