Are Netflix Blu-ray Movies Cracked and Unplayable?

Netflix’ business has been flourishing for quite a while now but it’s not only good now surrounding them. It seems now that more subscribers are saying that Netflix Blu-rays are arriving with cracks on the outer edges. What could be the problem? The automated mail processing machines? The actual packaging? Whatever it is, it’s surely not pleasant getting those broken Blu-rays. Netflix says that the problem is “infinitesimally small” and they will not change the packaging. What do you think? Did you get any of those broken discs?
