ASUS, a pioneer in the field of high-performance optical drives recently announced its latest DRW-2014 L1T DVD Writer for High Speed 20X DVD±R Data Transfers. The ASUS DRW-2014 L1T Drive is available in three color options viz. White, Black and Beige.
Equipping SATA interface and LightScribe the DRW-2014 features Auto Vibration Reducing System (AVRS) to minimize the vibration and noise induced by rotating machinery, FlextraSpeed™ to let the drive operate at the optimal recording speed, Airflow Field Modification (AFFM) to alter the uneven airflow field inside the drive and FlextraLink™ saying bye to Disc Coasters. ASUS DRW-2014 L1T provides a high speed of 20X DVD±R write, 8X DVD±R (DL) and 14X DVD-RAM reading capabilities.
The SATA interface makes it possible to transfer data at five times faster data transfer rates than the current DMA33 standards. The latest Drive supports a wide variety of formats including DVD-ROM, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD-Video, DVD-RAM, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-DA, CD-ROM Mode1, CD-ROM/XA Mode2, Photo CD, CD-I, CD-Extra, CD-Text. The package comes loaded with laterst version of NERO 7.0 suite software.
