ASUS recently introduced its latest 19-inch model that supports highest resolution of 1,680×1,050 (WSXGA+). Normally the models of same size support 1,440×900 resolution. Along with this new baby the company also introduced its two 22-inches widescreen models, viz. VW222S and VW222U. All the three models have same resolution, brightness 300 cd/m2, Contrast ratio 3,000:1, Viewing angle (H/V) (degrees) 170/160 and Numbers of colors 16.7 million. The difference is in screen sizes and response time. While ASUS VW198S features Response time 5ms, the elder brothers boast of 2ms (GTG). The smallest model is priced $7,290 whereas VW222S is available at $9,890 and VW222U at $11,290.
