Buses in Raleigh Get On-Board DTV UpgradeBy DaX - 04/15/2009 9:35:09 AM |

Those lucky commuters in Raleigh, North Caroline will be able to watch some of their favorite shows while being driven to work. Sure they won’t exactly be able to stay until the end of each show but that’s not the point here. The city has equipped its first CAT bus with mobile DTV. LG and the Harris Corp. also helped with the displays and the transmission equipment. The number of DTV-ready busses will grow to five by August 2009 and 20 more will be similarly upgraded by August 2010.
If you’re in Raleigh, NC, and you’ve had the chance to ride the DTV-bus line, make sure you tell us how you liked it.
