Samsung Series 5 550 Plasma TV

Samsung has released its all new Plasma TV collection named as Series 5 550. These Plasma HDTVs incorporate Full HD 1080p technology to take home entertainment to the next level. Integrating state of the art technologies with chic look Series 5 550 HDTVs employ Samsung’s proprietary DNIe+ (Digital Natural Imaging engine).According to Steve Panosian director of Visual Display Marketing at Samsung Electronics America, “The Series 5 550 Plasma represents Samsung’s desire to provide a powerful plasma display for consumers that offers top picture quality, higher-end features and a modern-looking design without going above and beyond their home theater budget.”

The latest line up by Samsung is compatible with contemporary movies and video games. Series 5 550 features Natural True Color 18-bit processing, dynamic contrast ratio of up to 1,000,000:1 and Samsung’s FilterBright anti-glare technology to deliver images that appear like reality.

The Series 5 550 Plasma is shipping in two size options: 50-inch (PN50A550 priced $2,299) and 58-inch (PN58A550 priced $3,599).

Bydesign PE-4200AR 42-inch plasma TV

ByDesign Japan rolled out a 42-inch Plasma TV with 852×480 dots resolution. This black colored TV features contrast ratio 10000:1 and brightness 1500cd/m 2. Consuming 400W electric power, the Plasma TV equips Terrestrial analog and BS analog. HDMI input 525i/525p/750p/1125i comes with lots of connectivity options. Other mentionable traits of the TV include Power source Built-in AC100V and 50/60Hz, HDMI input 525i/525p/750p/1125i and One Way Speaker. The company is quiet on the price and availability.
