Teac rolled out its latest LP-R400 Turntable at a price of 69,800 Yen. It will be available from November. The turntable is also capable of recording CDs. Teac LP-R400 features amplifier output with 3.5W×2ch, frequency characteristic 60Hz - 20kHz, speaker with diameter 70mm and impedance 4 Ω. It measures 470×360×236mm (width × depth × height) and weighs 8.5kg. The turntable comes with a remote control. The LP-R400 corresponds to the SP board playback of 78rpm. Teac announced the immediate availability of its GF-650 CD Recorder System with an enhanced playback feature at an MSRP of 83,790 Yen. The latest product integrates turntable and the CD-R/RW recorder and the FM/AM radio for the analog record to offer music lovers maximum entertainment capabilities. It beats its predecessor GF-350 introduced in 2006 September for its sound quality. The Recorder System equips external input/output and turntable for analog record playback. Teac GF-650 features turntable of aluminum die-cast with sapphire ceramic needle, rpm 33-1/3, record player section from 45rpm and signal-noise ratio 50dB. The GF-650 CD Recorder System comes with doughnut board adapter and remote control.

Sony introduced a 55-inch micro display HDTV “KDS-55A3000”. Developed in consultation with the Sony Pictures Entertainment movie studio, the new BRAVIA HDTV features a theater mode that helps in adjusting the TV to display movies better preserving the mood. A noticeable point is that in this TV when the theater button on the television’s remote control is clicked, the TV automatically adjusts settings to one that has been specifically optimized for BRAVIA LCD and SXRD display technology.
