PrimeSense is a concept technology which will change the way you control the gadgets around your home. PrimeSense is a simple 3D camera which will be used for various appliances like your home theater system or your TV, to scan the room and look for your presence. Using advanced shape recognition and thermal imaging PrimeSense will let you use gestures and movements to control these gadgets. That’s right, you won’t need a controller or a remote. Simply snap your fingers and change the channel! It might take a while until we will be able to play our favorite Blu-ray titles with a simple hand gesture but it’s good to know such a technology is being developed as we speak!
