Dell recently announced its 24 type wide liquid crystal displays “2407WFP-HC” with color reproducibility 92%. It is now available at an MSRP of 108,000 Yen. Dell’s latest model features WCCFL (wide cold cathode tube) back light, S-PVA system, largest resolution 1,920×1,200 dot (WUXGA), approximately 1,677 ten thousand colors, speed of response as for 6ms (intermediate color) and brightness 400cd/ square m, as for contrast ratio 1,000:1, as for angle of visibility top and bottom/left and right 178 degrees. It measures 559.7×195×387.9 - 584.7mm (width × depth × height) and weighs 8.3kg. For connectivity it is equipped with DVI-D (HDCP correspondence), the mini- D-Sub15 pin, has component input, S video input, composite input and the USB 2.0×4.
