Digital Signage System Made Out of 12 42-Inch LCDsBy DaX - 07/04/2009 10:50:58 PM |

If you live in Japan, or if you’re planning a trip there, you can expect to see one of these digital signage systems from the picture above. They will surprise you but also impress you. A Tokyo company, Dai Nippon Printing is going to set up a digital signage system made of 12 42-inch LCDs.
The “Tall Vision” will be displayed in Sendai in Northern Japan and thoroughly tested for about a year. It will show you important information like timetables and it will certainly features some ads. JVC is providing those 42-inch LCDs for now and such a system will cost $85,000. That’s apparently a pretty low price compared to other alternatives. Would you use such a signage solution for your company?
