It was recently made known in an ongoing legal battle between Redbox and various movie studios that both Warner and Fox will not let their movies hit the vending machine rental service until the movie has been on the market for at least 30 days.

But that’s not all, the policy recently instated by Warner also says that mail-order subscription services (Netflix?) will also be subject to the delay.
