Fujitsu has recently announced its new MBB2073 SAS HDD to support mission critical server, multi-drive server, and storage systems. The drive has Serial Attached SCSI Interface and Avg seek time (typ) 4.0 ms (read) 4.5 ms (write). It can transfer data at  Max 300 MB/s rate. The HDD features buffer size 16 MB, Shock tolerance Operating 100 G (1 ms), Non-operating 100 G (1 ms), Power supply + 5 V ± 5%; +12 V ± 5%, Power consumption Idle (typ) 4.7 W, Acoustics Idle (typ) 2.9 bels or less, Dimensions (H x W x L)15 x 69.85 x 100.45 mm and Weight 220 g or less.
