Fujitsu recently announced the MHW2BK series of Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) hard disk drives (HDDs). These drives are especially engineered for robotic, blade server, industrial, surveillance and telecommunications operations. MHW2BK series feature a spindle speed of 7,200 revolutions per minute (rpm) and a maximum data rate of 3 gigabits per second (Gb/s). The latest series comes in three models with storage capacities of 60 gigabytes (GB), 80 GB and 120 GB.
