Funai To Launch LCD HDTV / Blu-ray combo units in North America

Funai recently announced the launch of LCD HDTVs with Blu-rays which will be available from summer of 2009. The low-end brand will come up with subsidiaries like Sylvania, Symphonic and Emerson.

The TV not only displays high quality video but also fills your room with a mesmerizing sound. The broadened Blu-ray appeal satisfies needs of all entertainment buffs.

The decision came after launch of Westinghouse 40” LCD HDTV / DVD combo. The 42 inch blu-ray combo unit by Funai will be priced between $1100 and $1300 which is not too high keeping in mind that it will be launched after one year.
