Gefen’s 1:5 HDMI 1.3 Splitter
While it may be hard for most not-so-hardcore home-theater enthusiasts to find a practical application to justiy this peice of hardware’s $499 price tag, hardcore enthusiasts are sure to put this thing to good use.
Gefen has recently released information regarding the above HDMI splitter which takes 1, 1.3 HDMI source and splits it into 5-different outputs without a loss of quality.
Featuring the ability to split both 1080p images along with Doly TrueHD and DTS Master Audio formats, this is truly a very high end splitter. Gefen’s 1:5 HDMI 1.3 Splitter is available now with a 2-year warranty again, for $499.
