Hitachi Home Electronics America Inc., has recently announced the launch of its three new LCD projectors viz. the CP-X201, CP-X301 and CP-X401. All these models come with a new 2,000-hour filter to offer a lower total cost of ownership to schools in K-12 and higher education.

These three models of Hitachi vary in brightness with CP-X201 2,200 lumens, CP-X301 2,600 lumens and CP-X401 3,000 lumens. However, they are same by weight with just 7.7 pounds each. Hitachi’s CP-X201, CP-X301 and CP-X401 feature 7 Watts of built-in audio to eliminate the need for any external speaker.

“The introductions of the CP-X201, CP-X301 and CP-X401 address the education market’s need for enhanced reliability, performance and security,” said Ray Soltys, Director of Sales, Hitachi Home Electronics (America), Inc., Business Group. “These three new models, which provide different levels of brightness and cost, also demonstrate Hitachi’s commitment to providing solutions to meet a variety of demands.”

Out of the three models, CP-X201 and CP-X301 offer longer lamp life of up to 3,000 hours in standard mode and 4,000 hours in whisper mode. With all these new models, you get a remote control featuring a My Source/ Doc Camera button to allow you to directly choose an input source or document camera.

Featuring a Transition Detector, MyScreen Lock and PIN Lock functions, CP-X201, CP-X301 and CP-X401 projectors will soon be available in the market.
