Hitachi recently rolled out its latest 42-inch Plasma TV equipped with the 1080ALIS panel featuring resolution 1,024×1,080 dot, brightness 1,500cd/m2 and contrast 10,000:1. The Plasma does not equip built-in HDD and is available at an expected price of 30 ten thousand Yen. P42-HV01 loads the new image processing engine Picture Master FULL HD which corresponds to the 1080p signal. Kousei detail display panel has a good number of connectivity terminals including the SD memory card slot, input terminal HDMI×3, D4×2 and S image ×2, composite ×3. As for output terminal monitor ×1, sub woofer ×1, optical digital audio ×1 and head phone ×1. I.LINK (DV) the ×1 and the modular ×1, it equips also Ethernet×1 and the IR controller ×1 etc.
