Hitachi to Pay $31 Million After LCD Price Fixing

We have one more manufacturer that reached and agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice. Hitachi has been involved too in the LCD price fixing therefore it will pay a $31 million fine. The company has admitted of fixing the prices on displays to Dell from 2001 to 2004. Is anyone else going to get fines? So far besides Hitachi, we’ve had LG and Chungwha Picture Tubes taking all the hits.
