Hitachi has recently announced that their brand new CP-A52 projector is about to hit store shelves.

The CP-A52 features 2000 ANSI lumens, a 1024 x 768 resolution, and a 1000:1 contrast ratio. The real selling point for this projector, however, is the fact that it uses a mirror panel to reflect the projected image.

But what’s so cool about that? Well, that means that the projector can display a 200 inch image from as close as 4 feet. Wow! Also included in the CP-A52 are 2 RGB ports along with composite, S-Video, and component ports.

No word on pricing yet, but we’ll keep you posted.
