Hitachi’s Glasses-free 3D LCDBy Mark Rollins - 04/13/2010 2:10:09 PM |
It would appear that Hitachi is working on some glasses-free 3D, which would probably be the next logical step for 3D on our televisions.
This TV uses parallax barrier technology, and I’m sure that it is similar to the one Hitachi showed up at CEATAC Japan. That one had a 10-inch VGA screen, but it used 16 projectors for glasses-free 3D.
We’ll see how this goes over.
