Sherwood America Inc., world leader in manufacturing of high performance audio equipment, on September 6, 2007, has introduced the upgraded version of its 2.1 surround sound system. The new VR-672 consists of an incredibly designed curved DVD-console. The design is inspired by Eero Saarinen, designer of Dulles airport and the St. Louis Arch.

Features of this striking VR-672 are DVD player, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, DIVX, WMV9, CD, CD-R/RW, WMA9, WMA, MP3, VCD, SVCD, JPEG, Picture CD, progressive scan, transcodes video to component video and HDMI, USB Host, Front panel Aux input for MP3/iPod, 25W* 2 @0.5% THD, DTS, dolby digital, dolby virtual speaker, dolby headphone, 2/2 Audio in/out, optical and coaxial digital inputs, composite and S-video inputs, FM/AM Tune, Multibrand macro-capable remote control, state of the art subwoofers. The front speaker is a hand rubbed black laquer speaker bar 38” wide*5” high*4”deep with 2 specially designed 4” full range drivers.

The MRSP of the VR-672 is $799.95 and it will be up in the market from October, 2007.
