I-O Data BRD-UXP8 External Blu-ray Burner is the latest launch in the entertainment world. Launched by I-O Data, this is the second product of the series, introduced after the successful internal BRD-SP8 Blu-ray writer. In other words, the new BRD-UXP8 is the external version of the earlier launched BRD-SP8 model.

This new burner has been made by Panasonic, world’s leading electronic maker. The new I-O Data BRD-UXP8 External Blu-ray Burner is capable of supporting USB 2.0 interface. The new BRD-UXP8 has got the power to write both single and double layer BD-R at 8x, single and double layer BD-RE at 2x.

The BRD-UXP6 is also capable of burning DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, CD-R/RW and DVD-RAM. The new I-O Data BRD-UXP8 will soon be available at a price of 44500 Yen.
