Inkel’s AirwayHD HDTV receiver adopts H.264 codec

Inkel Korea recently announced that its HDTV receiver AirwayHD will be available in Korea market at a suggested price of 100,000(KRW). The AirwayHD equips H.264 codec and has the capability to compress AVI files into 1/4 of its original size letting the users to store only 1.6GB of data for 50 minutes video file (6GB). The latest product also supports MP4 transformation. Now you can play the transformed files with your portable players such as iPod and PSP. It offers 1920×1080p full HD quality and reserved recording function.
