Insignia NSL55X10A Television Review–Beautiful OverallBy Steve Anderson - 01/15/2010 2:11:31 AM |
Insignia isn’t exactly a name you equate with high quality products. It’s the house brand for Best Buy, and you don’t really think of them right away. But after seeing the Insignia NSL55X10A, well, I know I’m a lot more apt to think of these guys as a great source of home theater equipment.
The Insignia NSL55X10A is a fifty five inch 1080p LCD with 3D digital comb filter, 3:2 inverse pulldown, five HDMI inputs, two composite inputs, two component inputs, two S-video inputs, one PC input, SRS TruSurround, and two built-in fifteen watt speakers.
Make no mistake, this is an absolute marvel. The picture is crisp and vibrant, the sound is clear and strong and the controls were profoundly simple to operate. It’s an excellent system, and it even comes at a good price, too–MSRP is fourteen hundred dollars.
So if you want a fantastic television at a good price, try the Insignia NSL55X10A.
