JVC LT42X898 LCD TV is a 42-inch model of the latest line up revered for second generation high-speed technology. The LT42X898 flat panel full HD (1920 x 1080) LCD TV features the company’s Clear Motion Drive II technology with a 120 frames per second (120Hz) frame rate to deliver crisp fast action images without blur or jitter, 10-bit LCD panels yielding more accurate color reproduction and more natural grey scaling. Other distinguishing features of this 32-inch model include company’s fifth generation D.I.S.T. (Digital Image Scaling Technology) engine on the JVC-exclusive 32-bit Genessa chip, contrast ratio of 2000:1, 4.5msec response rate, 500cd/m2 brightness, IPS (In Plane Switching) technology for a wide 178-degreee viewing angle.
