LG Electronics has released yet another LCD monitor, this time on the 24-inch widescreen category and codenamed LG W2442PA-BF. As expected it provides a 16:9 aspect ratio and a full HD resolution with 1920×1080 pixels being the perfect resolution.

The brightness level of the latest LG monitor is 300 cd/m2, while the contrast ratio is 1000:1 and the response time is 2 milliseconds. Other features include the LG Digital Fine Contrast that improves the contrast ratio up to 10,000:1, built-in speakers, HDMI inputs, and being compatible with DVI and HDCP. In terms of viewing angles, the values are 160 for vertical and 170 for horizontal.
