LG’s extremely shiny XF1 500GB multimedia hard drive
What you see above is LG’s XF1 500GB multimedia hard drive which enables users to stream 1080i video directly to your HDTV.
For easy use the XF1 will feature HDMI output which is steadily becoming the standard port found on most every HDTV on the market today. Furthermore, it features a USB interface so you can painlessly transfer media from your computer to the device itself. File format wise, the XF1 features support for AVI, Xvid and MPEG 1/2/4.
Unfortunately there have been no statements regarding availability or pricing but we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
