Matsushita planning to launch 37” OLED TV Matsushita is all set to launch 37-inch OLED TVs in next three years. Planning to give a kickstart to OLED market, Matsushita will undergo mass production of these TVs. Sony has already come up with 11” OLED TV with Toshiba and Samsung next in the line.

The 37” TV will be the largest of all OLED TVs. The slim OLED panel does not require any sort of backlighting and hence uses less energy. Once the plan is executed successfully, Matsushita will be the first OLED TV manufacturer over 30 inches.

Though the company is planning to price the 37” OLED TV for $1,400, the TVs will become commercial after some time.
