Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Japan, recently launched its 1,920×1,200 dot (WUXGA) 24.1 type RDT241W wide liquid crystal display in white color. It is available at a price point of 10 ten thousand Yen. The LCD features speed of response 5ms, color number approximately 1,677 ten thousand colors, contrast ratio 900:1, brightness 400cd/ square m, angle of visibility both top and bottom/left and right 160 degrees and adopts NTSC ratio approximately 92% wide color gamut panel.
