Mitsubishi to show off HC6800 and HC3800 projectors at IFA ’09By Jeff Baker - 08/25/2009 9:11:03 AM |

We’ve already seen and read about Mitsubishi‘s 1080p HC6800 projector but it seems the company is gearing up to launch another similar offering called the HC3800.
Details regarding the HC3800 are scarce but we do know that it will feature a 1080p (1920 x 1080) resolution, DLC display technology and a 1.4-2.1:1 projection ratio along with 5,000 hours of lamp life.
There’s no word on when this projector will hit store shelves but it will apparently be used to project Star Trek at the Paramount Home Entertainment booth during this year’s IFA.
