More details about the Google TV Set-top boxBy Mark Rollins - 03/18/2010 4:44:11 PM |
We’ve reported on Goggle TV just recently, but there has been some more details revealed.
For example, it wants to seamlessly integrate web content to televisions, such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube. There will also be games, webapps, as well as Google’s search page, not to mention Google Chrome. These set-top boxes have an Android platform and use Intel chips, and to be built directly into Blu-ray players and the TVs from Sony.
You know, I think the only reason that we know about this is due to job listings for programmers with Android from both Intel and Logitech, who are partners in the Google TV set top boxes.
