NEC recently rolled out its DLP Cinema projector NC1600C with new DMD tip/chip 98 DLP Cinema. The projector will be sold at an MSRP of 1,500. The latest model by NEC boasts of 2,048×1,080 dot resolution, contrast 2,200:1 and chip set of TI make. For illumination xenon lamp of 4kW output is provided. As far as connectivity is concerned, the Projector equips DVI-D×1 and HD-SDI×2 input terminals. Wide gradation expression is made possible by loading signal processing circuit of RGB each color 15bit.
