Netflix Gives Blu-ray a Boost

Everyone’s favorite online rental shop Netflix says that Blu-ray interested will be spurred skywards due to the declining price of Blu-ray players. This adds to the fact that already 500,000 of their 8.7 million userbase are already Blu-ray subscribers.

Upgrading to a Netflix Blu-ray subscriber account isn’t cheap, oh wait, it is. Just 1 more dollar a month will give you access to Netflix’s growing library of Blu-ray titles, which they also hope will help the infant format net some more fans.
