Onkyo’s TX-8222 is a value-priced stereo receiver featuring high-current, FM/AM tuners, low-impedance drive, three audio inputs, and a broad range of connectivity including a phono preamplifier stage. The new receiver delivers 50 watts per channel into 8 ohm loads. TX-8222 is XM-Readyand has multi-room/multi-source capability. You can also connect it with Onkyo’s DS-A1 and DS-A2 iPod control docks. Onkyo TX-8222 Receiver is currently available in black finish at an expected retail price of $249.
