OWC Launches Mercury Pro BDR-203 External Blu-ray Burner
We have one more external Blu-ray player for you folks and this one is coming straight from Other World Computing. It’s the Mercury Pro BDR-203 quad-interface Blu-ray burner that will let you write discs at up to 8x speeds which means that the disc will burn up to 2GB of data per minute. The device comes with FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB 2.0 and eSATA connectivity and it will fit in quite nicely with both a Mac or a PC. Besides Blu-ray discs the device will also handle various DVD types: DVD-RAM, DVD Dual-Layer R/RW, DVD-R/RW and CD-R/RW formats.
