Panasonic, a leading contributor to the success of the Blu-ray Disc format, has announced the pricing and availability for the world’s first portable Blu-ray player -the Panasonic DMP-B15. Configured to provide the ultimate High Definition Blu-ray experience for those on the move, the B15 sports a high quality 8.9-inch WSVGA LCD screen and includes Panasonic’s VIERA CAST internet accessibility and BD Live functionality, in addition to a SD Memory Card slot.

The DMP-B15 contains all the technology found in its stand-alone counterparts with superior image quality. The B15 will become available in June and will have a suggested retail price of $799.95
