Redesigned SSD to Offer Better Performance?By DaX - 01/19/2009 8:53:07 PM |

Weather we like it or not, SSDs are going to slowly replace HDDs in the future. And if the SSD becomes way cheaper than it already is, then what’s not to like?
And it looks like experts are saying that SSD performance might double, quadruple or more if they were built-in the computer motherboard instead of being connected through something else to it. Is this how the future will look like? Well what will happen when we will want to change our motherboards? On the other hand think about how our future all-in-one computers or DVRs could perform with one of these new SSD concepts inside?
