Runco, one of the leading brands in luxury video solutions, has recently launched an addition called VX-8 projector in the high-performance VideoXtreme projector line. Offering an impressive contrast and brightness at an affordable price, VX-8 projector comprises of 3-chip.

The new VX-8 projector features the latest video processing capabilities via Runco’s DHD with Vivix, three SuperOnyx DMDs and Runco’s exclusive super-widescreen 2.35:1 CineWide technology. Apart from these, it also features extensive connectivity with multiple HDMI inputs.

The VX-8 is a 1080p/24 compatible projector. It delivers frame-by-frame contrast correction through ConstantContrast. Featuring an outstanding video quality, the VX-8 projector comes with seven primary lens options, two CineWide with AutoScope choices and three CineWide lens choices.

The VX-8 projector from Runco will be ready for shipping in January 2009 at an estimated price of $ 19,995.
