In addition to all the announcements about streaming video from Apple TV, Amazon, and Plex, it would appear that streaming video is getting its place in the sun.
So I don’t blame SageTV for shipping their own HD Theater 300 media player, allowing streaming of media files directly from the Internet or via local network to a connected TV, then have full HD resolution videos as well.
It can accept content from a USB port, with HDMI 1.3 Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD/MA audio output, and even has a remote control. It costs about $150.
