Samsung Electronics, leading provider of proficient LCD and PDP display products recently introduced a new series of LCD monitors with in-build speakers, the smart new 2220WM in its range of LCDs. The 2220WM widescreen monitors from Samsung are specifically intended for both business users and consumers seeking improved multimedia capabilities. Its Speakers allow the users to flawlessly take part in teleconferences or pay attention to videos and audio presentations devoid of separate speakers.
The monitor also features the company’s proprietary Magic technologies for better performance and image quality, together with MagicBright2 and Magic Speed. These monitors employ a 16:10 wide-screen format, thus helping to get better work efficiency by supporting manifold function windows concurrently and dropping the need for two monitors. This new model from Samsung is currently available to the users at an MSRP of $349.99, and features an ultra-high resolution of 1680 x 1050 and a contrast ratio of 1000:1. Adding on to all this the users is also provided with a three-year limited warranty on labour and parts, counting the backlight, as well as toll-free mechanical support for the life of the display.
