Samsung has started selling monitors for their Eyefinity-equipped SyncMaster MD Series in South Korea. First in this series is the 23 inch MD230 monitor, which is being sold as a single monitor. Furthermore, a setup of three (MD230X3) and six (MD230X6) displays are being offered for retail. More specifically, these monitors feature a high resolution of 5760 x 2160, a 3000:1 static contrast ratio, 150,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 178 degree viewing angle, 8ms response time, and DVI/Analog/DisplayPort inputs. Currently, there is only pricing information for the MD230X3, which starts at 1,990,000 won ($2620) and 3,990,000 won ($5250).
