Samsung SH-M523A COMBO Drive

Samsung announced its eco series of writers with the introduction of SH-M523A COMBO Internal Drive. The Writer features S-ATA Interface, Data Transfer Rate CD-R Write 52 X (7.8MB/sec) and DVD-ROM Read 16 X (21.6MB/sec). Developed on the Samsung’s e-co products technology Samsung SH-M523A aims at minimizing data writing error by utilizing the buffer when writing speed goes over the data transfer speed. This enables users to perform other crucial tasks while cd writing without affecting the cpu performance. The magic speed offers the option to choose from low noise mode and maximum speed mode to suit the best pc environment. The CD multi-read feature supports all CD formats reading and writing. It has a buffer memory of 2 MB. The Drive supports DVD-RAM, DVD+R, DVD+R DL, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-ROM,CD-ROM/XA, CD-Audio, Video-CD, Photo CD, CD-I(FMV), CD-Extra, CD-TEXT formats. SH-M523A allows users to choose between maximum speed mode and low noise mode for the best PC environment.
