SD card touting PVR TV coming to UK

British TV maker, Cello Electronics, has recently come forward to announce that their forthcoming PVR Freeview TV will be the first ever to record content to SD cards.
Unfortunately this LCD TV set will feature 1080i/720p instead of a full HD 1080p resolution and not sport an HDMI port. However, it’s dual TV tuners and dual SD card slots in addition to the optional integrated DVD player do a good job at making up for it.
Cello electronics says that the TV will come in 22, 26 and 32-inch sizes with the 26-inch model costing 399.99 and the 32-inch model costing 469.99 when it shps next month. As for US availability, no word yet but we’ll keep you posted.

Hi. My name’s Rob Smith and I work for Cello. Our new PVR TVs with SD cards do have HDMI sockets! As HD ready TVs the 26” and 32” models have two, whilst the 22” model has one.
