SHARP BD-HDW20 Blu Ray Disc Player

Following LG, Sharp also set in for entering Blu-Ray Disc Player market. Sharp’s new BD-HDW20 player promises full hi-vision picture quality. It comes with 1TB storage capacity. The company introduced this television to accompany Sharp’s AQUOS line of LCD TVs. The Blue Ray Player is provided with an HDMI connection and Tuner Terrestrial BS 110 degree CS digital × each 2, Terrestrial analog ×1. It is expected to reach the markets from December 1st 2007. BD-HDW20 can record BD-RE Ver.2.1 (1 layer /2 layer), BD-R Ver.1.1 (1 layer /2 layer), DVD-RW/-R (CPRM correspondence) and DVD-R DL (CPRM correspondence). It can deliver playback of BD video, BD-RE Ver.2.1 (1 layer /2 layer), BD-R Ver.1.1 (1 layer /2 layer), DVD-RW/-R, DVD video, Music CD and CD-RW/-R (music CD format), DVD-RAM and DVD + RW/ + R.
